REMOTE MEDICAL SERVICE (RMS) HRD MANAGER

Based in Sorowako, sulawesi


Brief Scope of Work :
As the RMS HRD Manager, you will be required to do the following tasks :
  • Complete the process of administration which is required, in order to ensure the service runs smoothly.
  • Ensure all services work well based on the requirements of the company.
  • Ensure employees get their rights based on the laws.
  • Ensure employees obtain training as are obliged by the standard
  • Coordinate with client’s related department regarding assessment of the employees, work schedule, the verification and validation of the services provided for payment and invoice process.
  • Do the coaching to employees when necessary.
  • Ensure employees work on a safety working conditions in accordance with HSE
  • Make safety analysis (JSA) hazard prevention or process as the prevention of any potential hazards, and early prevention or preventive measures to reduce the risk at levels that are pre-determined
  • Prepare, maintain, and implement with a good understanding of the environment, health, and safety plans
Requirement :
  • Male, age min. 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree of Public Health, preferably graduated from Medical Faculty from reputable University
  • Min. of 2 years experienced as HRD Manager
  • Knowledgeable with Indonesian’s labor rules and regulation
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • To be placed in Sorowako, Sulawesi
