Responsibilities :
- Manage kitchen operations.
- Manage purchase of food requirements.
- Maintain on top of inventory of stocks in every section of the kitchen.
- Manage employees and employment administration procedures.
- Create food cost and waste control system that is easy to implement and use for the kitchen.
- Do menu analysis for efficient use of food stock.
- Create training system that develop employee competency.
- Report monthly to Top Management about Food Cost, Food Turnover, Staff Training, and Breakage and Lost.

- Age Max 45 Years Old
- Minimum D1
- Good Knowledge about Food & beverage
- Highly initiatives, attractive, good communications & target oriented
- Minimum 3 (three ) years experiences with the same position
- Will be based in Makassar
